DRONE USE IN INSPECTION
The roof inspection is a major part of a complete home inspection. Now drone technology can provide a “birds eye” view of the roof and all adjacent components. This tool is now available to the home inspection industry. A closer look at the roof means a better understanding of its condition. Aerial survey using a drone with attached camera means that the inspector is at less risk of falling from a roof top or ladder and becoming injured. The drone with camera attached can provide still photos or a video of roof related problems.
