Home and Building Inspection Fee schedule

Fees are based on the size and age of the property to be inspected.

Home older than 1960 but less than 2000 square feet - $555.00 but reduce the fee to $495.00 when using a preferred agent.  That is an agent that I have a working relationship with. I like to work with people I like.  After inspecting for over 30 years, I work mostly by referrals.

Home that is newer and over 2000 square feet I charge $570.00, but reduce to $510.00 when using a preferred agent.

I take cash, credit cards, checks and PayPal.

If you are interested in having the air sampled for actively growing mold or volital organic compounds thank I charge $275.00 to take the sample and have a professional lab perform the tests. ...more info
